Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1831.   Confidentiality of documents, records, investigative information.No member of the board, nor any officer, agent or employeethereof, shall divulge to any person, firm or corporation the contentsof any document, paper or record, examined in the performance of dutieshereunder, or any information obtained in the courseof any investigation, except as may be required to carry out the purposeof this act.
