Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1834.   Constitutionality.If any part or parts of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional byany court, it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature wouldhave passed this act without such invalid part or parts.
