Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 19.--LICENSURE OF ENTITIES BY STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY

      65-1945.   Same; expiration; renewal; continuingeducation.(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a licenseissuedunder K.S.A. 65-1950, and amendments thereto, expires one year after thedate of issue unlessrenewed bypayment of the required non-refundable renewal fee. Ifpayment is transmitted by postal service, the envelope must be postmarked on orbefore the expiration of the license.

      (b)   All tattoo artists, cosmetic tattoo artists and bodypiercers must participate incontinuing education, with guidelines and effective date to be established byrules and regulations of the board.
