Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 2.--LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH; CLINICS

      65-209.   Withdrawal; notice.If the governing body of any city or county which has entered into anagreement to establish a joint board of health shall adopt a resolutiondeclaring its intention to withdraw from such agreement and joint board ofhealth, and shall give written notice thereof on or before July 15, of anyfiscal year to each municipality which is a party to the agreement, suchcity or county may withdraw from such joint board of health and agreementat the end of such fiscal year.
