Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 2.--LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH; CLINICS

65-223. Same; receipt of funds; use.The county health department is authorized to receive moneys from anysource for community nursing care. All such moneys as a county healthdepartment may receive for such services shall be used to carry out theprovisions of this act.
