Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 20.--REGULATION OF PODIATRISTS

65-2008. Exceptions to operation of act.This act shall not apply to persons licensed by the state board ofhealing arts to practice medicine and surgery, nor to the surgeons of theUnited States army, navy, and United States public health service when inactual performance of their official duties.
