Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 20.--REGULATION OF PODIATRISTS

      65-2011.   Disposition of moneys; healing arts fee fund.The state board of healing arts shall remit all moneys received by orfor it under this act from fees, charges or penalties to the statetreasurer in accordance with the provisions ofK.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance,thestate treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the statetreasury. Twenty percent of each such deposit shall be credited tothe state general fund and the balance shall be credited to the healingarts fee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be made inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 65-2855, andamendments thereto.
