Penalty for violations.Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act, or orders,rules or regulations promulgated by the secretary of health and environmentunder authority thereof, shall upon conviction thereof be subject to finefor each and every offense, and in a sum not exceeding one hundred dollars($100).
