Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2824.   Application for examination, contests; fees; documents andaffidavits.Any person desiring to take the examination for a license hereundershall make application to the board on a form provided by the board andsworn to by the applicant. Such application shall specify that branch ofthe healing arts in which the applicant desires to be examined and shall beaccompanied by the prescribed examination fee and such documents andaffidavits as are necessary to show the eligibility of the candidate totake such examination. All applications shall be filed in the form, withinthe time, and in accordance with the rules of the board.
