Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2862.   Penalties for violations of act; second conviction.Any person violating any of the provisions of this act, except asspecific penalties are herein otherwise imposed, shall be deemed guilty ofa misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall pay a fine of not less thanfifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) for eachseparate offense, and a person for a second violation of any of theprovisions of this act, wherein another specific penalty is not expresslyimposed, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convictionthereof shall pay a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) normore than five hundred dollars ($500) for each separate offense.
