Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2864.   Enforcement of act; investigations; evidence.The board shall enforce the provisions of this act and for that purposeshall make all necessary investigations relative thereto. Every licensee inthis state, including members of the board, shall furnish the board suchevidence as he may have relative to any alleged violation which is beinginvestigated. He shall also report to the board the name of every personwithout a license that he has reason to believe is engaged in practicingthe healing arts in this state.
