Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2866.   Attorney general, county or district attorney to prosecute violations.Upon the request of the board, the attorney general or county or districtattorney of the proper county shall institute in the name of the state orboard the proper proceedings against any person regarding whom a complainthas been made charging him or her with the violation of any of the provisionsof this act, and the attorney general, and such county or district attorney,at the request of the attorney general or of the board shall appear andprosecute any and all such actions.
