Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2877a.   Prohibition on practice by corporationinapplicable to certain schools.The healing arts act and any other provision of lawprohibiting practice of the healing arts by a general corporation shall notapply to a healing arts school approved by the board if the healing arts schoolis a non-profit entity under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of1986, is approved by the state board of regents, and as part of its academicrequirements provides clinical training to its students under the supervisionof persons who are licensed to practice a branch of the healing arts in thisstate.
