Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 29.--PHYSICAL THERAPY

      65-2919.   Person holding registration as physicaltherapist deemedto be licensed physical therapist.Any person holding a valid registration as aphysical therapist immediately prior to the effective dateof this act which hasbeen issued by the board shall be deemed tobe alicensed physical therapist for the purposes of thisact and article 29of chapter 65 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory of theprovisionsthereof or supplemental thereto and shall be subject to theprovisionsof this act and the provisions of such article and chapter of the KansasStatutes Annotated and acts amendatory of the provisions thereof orsupplemental thereto.
