Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 30.--AIR QUALITY CONTROL

65-3003. Responsibility of secretary; administration.The responsibility for air quality conservation and control of airpollution is hereby placed with the secretary of health and environment.The secretary shall administer this act through the division ofenvironment.
