Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 32.--REVISED UNIFORM ANATOMICAL GIFT ACT

      65-3232.   Delivery of document of gift not required;right to examine.(a) A document of gift need not be delivered duringthe donor's lifetime to be effective.

      (b)   Upon or after an individual's death, a person in possession of a documentof gift or a refusalto make an anatomical gift with respect to the individual shall allowexamination and copying ofthe document of gift or refusal by a person authorized to make or object to themaking of ananatomical gift with respect to the individual or by a person to which the giftcould pass underK.S.A. 2009 Supp.65-3230, and amendments thereto.
