Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 32.--REVISED UNIFORM ANATOMICAL GIFT ACT

65-3236. Other prohibited acts.A person that, in order to obtain afinancialgain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates adocument of gift, anamendment or revocation of a document of gift or a refusal commits a severitylevel 10, nonperson felony.
