Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 33.--WATER POLLUTION CONTROL

      65-3303.   Grants-in-aid to municipalities; state participation limited. The secretary of health and environment, hereafter referred to as the"secretary" is hereby authorized and empowered, pursuant to the provisionsof this act, to order and make approved grants from such account tomunicipalities. The state's contribution towards the construction of waterpollution control projects shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) ofthe eligible cost of each project or portions of such projects as qualifyunder the provisions of the aforesaid federal act.
