Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 33.--WATER POLLUTION CONTROL

      65-3325.   Intended use plan; preparation.After providing for public comment and review each year, the secretaryshall prepare a plan identifying the intended uses of the moneys availablein the fund. The intended use plan shall include, but not be limited to:

      (a)   The project priority list;

      (b)   a list of activities, if any, for which the fund is authorized to beused under subsection (b)(3) of K.S.A. 65-3322;

      (c)   a description of the short- and long-term goals and objectives of thefund;

      (d)   information on the projects and activities to be supported,including a description thereof, terms of loans to be provided, andmunicipalities to be served or benefited;

      (e)   assurances and specific proposals for meeting the requirements ofthe federal act; and

      (f)   the criteria and method established for the provision of loans to bemade from the fund.
