Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-3407a.   Special land use permit for operation of solid waste disposalarea void, when.Any special land use permit, issued by a city before theeffective date of this act, to use land for the purpose of operating asolid waste disposal area is herebydeclared void if such area is not yet in operation and suchland is located within 1/2 mile of a navigable stream used for interstatecommerce or within one mile of an intake point for any public surface watersupply system.
