Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-3407b.   Application of subsection (i)(2) of 65-3407 and 65-3407a.The provisions of subsection (i)(2) of K.S.A. 65-3407 andamendments thereto and K.S.A. 65-3407a shall not apply unless thecity or countywhere the original permitted site was located agrees to reimbursethe permittee for all moneys expended to obtain the permits and develop thesolid waste disposal area or an amount mutually agreed upon by the parties.
