Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

65-3413. Designation of local agency to act as agent of secretary.The secretary may designate county, city-county and multicountyhealth departments to act as his or her agentin carrying out the provisions of this act under such terms andconditions as he or she shall prescribe.
