Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

65-3440. Permit, revocation or suspension, hearing; judicial review.Any person aggrieved by any order or denial of the secretary, may within 15days of service of the order request in writing a hearingon the order. Hearingsunder this section shall be conducted in accordance with theprovisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.Any person adversely affected by any action of the secretarypursuant to this section may obtain review of such action in accordance with the actfor judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
