Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

65-3450. Same; intervention of interested parties in civil actions.If the secretary, county or district attorney or attorney general bringsa civil enforcement actionpursuant to this act, any person who has an interest which is or may beadversely affected, upon timely application, shall be allowed to intervenein such action pursuant to K.S.A. 60-224, and amendments thereto.
