Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-34,111.   Same; denial, suspension or revocation of license, when.The secretary may deny any license applied for, or suspendor revoke any license issued, pursuant to K.S.A. 65-34,110 if thesecretary finds, after notice and the opportunity for a hearing conductedin accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedureact, that the applicant or licensee, whichever is applicable, has:

      (a)   Fraudulently or deceptively obtained or attempted to obtain a license;

      (b)   failed at any time to meet the qualifications for a license or tocomply with any provision or requirement of this act or of any rule andregulation adopted thereunder; or

      (c)   failed to comply with local requirements of any jurisdiction withinwhich the licensee has installed, repaired or removed an underground storagetank.
