Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

      65-34,121.   Annual report to governor and legislature.On or before the first day of the regular session of thelegislature in each year, the secretary shall prepareand submit a report to the governor and tothe chairperson, vice-chairperson and ranking minority member of the standingcommittees on energy and natural resources of the house of representatives andthe senate regarding the receipts and disbursements from the underground fundand theaboveground fund during the preceding fiscal year, indicating the extent of the corrective actiontaken under thisact.
