Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 34.--SOLID AND HAZARDOUS WASTE

Severability.If any provision of this act or theapplication thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, theinvalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this act whichcan be given effect without the invalid provisions or application. To this endthe provisions of this act are severable.
