Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-419.   Same; priority of projects.The state medical facilities plan shall set forth the relative need forthe medical facilityprojects included in such plan determined in accordance withthe federal act and federal regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and provide for themedical facility projects, insofar as financial resources available therefor and formaintenance and operations make possible, in the order of such relativeneed.
