Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

65-424. Invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect theprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of theact are declared to be severable.
