Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-440.   Injunction.Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, thelicensing agency may, in the manner provided by law, upon the advice of theattorney general who shall represent the licensing agency in theproceedings maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction orother process against any person or governmental unit to restrain orprevent the establishment, conduct, management or operation of a medicalcare facility without a license under this law. Such proceedings shallbe governed by the provisions of the act for judicial review and civilenforcement of agency actions.
