Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-443.   Termination of human pregnancy; performance or participationin medical procedures not required.No person shall be required to perform or participate in medicalprocedures which result in the termination of a pregnancy, and the refusalof any person to perform or participate in those medical procedures shallnot be a basis for civil liability to any person. No hospital, hospitaladministrator or governing board of any hospital shall terminate theemployment of, prevent or impair the practice or occupation of or imposeany other sanction on any person because of such person's refusal toperform or participate in the termination of any human pregnancy.
