Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 4.--HOSPITALS AND OTHER FACILITIES

      65-447.   Same; hospitals, officers and employees not required to permitprocedures; criteria and procedures authorized.No hospital, hospital administrator, or governing board shall berequired to permit medical procedures resulting in sterilization within itsinstitution and the refusal to permit such procedures shall not be groundsfor civil liability to any person. A hospital may establish criteria andprocedures under which sterilizations may be performed within itsinstitution, in addition to those which may be prescribed by licensing,regulating or accrediting agencies.
