Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4015.   Denial, suspension or revocation of license;notice and hearing; judicial review.The secretary, after notice and opportunity for hearing to the applicantor licensee, may deny, suspend or revoke a license if the secretary finds that there has been asubstantialfailure to comply with the requirements established under this act. Suchnotice shall fixa date, not less than 30 days from the date of such notice, at which theapplicant or licensee shall be given anopportunity for a hearing.

      Hearings under this section shall be conductedin accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.

      Any action of the secretary under this section is subject to reviewin accordance with the act for judicial review andcivil enforcement of agency actions.
