Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4016.   Rules and regulations; qualifications and selection ofemployees.The secretary shall adopt rules and regulations with respect to treatmentfacilities to be licensed anddesigned tofurtherthe accomplishment of the purposes of this law in promoting a safe and adequatetreatment program for individuals in treatment facilities in the interest ofpublic health, safety and welfare including, but not limited to, minimumqualifications for employees of licensed or certified programs which are lessthan the qualifications required for a registered alcohol and other drug abusecounselor. Boards of trustees or directors of institutions licensed under thisact shall have the right to select theprofessional staff members of such institutions and to select and employinterns, nurses and other personnel.
