Article 40.--ALCOHOLISM AND INTOXICATION TREATMENT

      65-4024b.   Remittance of moneys received fromlicensing fees.The secretary shall remit all moneys received from fees forlicensing alcohol or other drug treatment facilities to thestatetreasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendmentsthereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit the entire amount in the state treasury. Twenty percent of each suchdeposit shall be credited to the state general fund and the balance shall becredited to the other state fees fund of the department of social andrehabilitation services.
