Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      65-4107.   Substances included in scheduleII.(a) The controlled substances listed in this section are included inschedule II and the number set forth opposite each drug or substance isthe DEA controlled substances code which has been assigned to it.

      (b)   Any of the following substances, except those narcotic drugslisted in other schedules, whether produced directly or indirectly byextraction from substances of vegetable origin or independently by meansof chemical synthesis or by combination of extraction and chemicalsynthesis:

      (1)   Opium and opiate and any salt, compound, derivative orpreparation of opium or opiate, excluding apomorphine, dextrorphan, nalbuphine,nalmefene, naloxone and naltrexone and their respective salts, butincluding the following:

      (5)   Cocaine, its salts, isomers and salts of isomers (9041).

      (6)   Ecgonine, its salts, isomers and salts of isomers (9180).

      (7)   Concentrate of poppy straw (the crude extract of poppy straw in eitherliquid, solid or powder form which contains the phenanthrene alkaloidsof the opium poppy) (9670).
