Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      65-4127c.   General penalties; criminal penalties notapplicable toviolations of regulations.Any person violating any of the provisions of the uniformcontrolled substances act shall be guilty of a class A nonpersonmisdemeanor. Thecriminal penalties prescribed for violations of the uniform controlledsubstances act shall not be applicable to violations of the rules andregulations adopted by the board pursuant thereto.
