Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      65-4134.   Identity of patient or research subject of practitionerconfidential.A practitioner engaged in medical practice or research or a mid-levelpractitioner acting in the usual course of such mid-level practitioner'spractice is not requiredor compelled to furnish the name or identity of a patient or researchsubject to the board, nor may such practitioner or mid-levelpractitioner be compelled in any state or local civil,criminal, administrative, legislative or other proceedings to furnish thename or identity of an individual that the practitioner or mid-levelpractitioner is obligated tokeep confidential.
