Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

65-4140. Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thisact are severable.
