Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

65-4169. Severability clause.The provisions of this act are declared to be severable andifany provision, word, phrase or clause of the act or the application thereof toany person shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validityof the remaining portions of this act.
