Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 42.--EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS

      65-4211.   Judicial review.(a) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board, and affectedthereby, shall be entitled to judicial review in accordance with theprovisions of the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.

      (b)   Any party may have review of the final judgment or decision of thedistrict court by appeal to the supreme court pursuant to the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
