Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 44.--COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL RETARDATION ASSISTANCE

      65-4414.   Minimum grant amounts, certain facilities; proration, when.During each fiscal year commencing after June 30, 1986, eachcommunity mental retardation facility which was eligible for grant paymentsunder K.S.A. 65-4413 and which received assistance under the provisions ofK.S.A. 65-4401 to 65-4408, inclusive, for the fiscal year ending June 30,1986, shall receive a total amount of grantpayments under K.S.A. 65-4413 for such fiscal year in anamount which is not less than the total amount of assistance earned bysuch community mental retardation facility under the provisions of K.S.A.65-4401 to 65-4408, inclusive, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1986.In the event that sufficient funds are not appropriated to pay all suchcommunity mental retardation facilities, which are applying for grants, theminimum amounts which such facilities are eligible to receive under thissection, the secretary shall prorate the entire amount appropriated forgrants among those community mental retardation facilities which areapplying for grants and which are eligible under this section, inproportion to the amount each such community mental retardation facilityreceived during the base year ending June 30, 1986.
