Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 44.--COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL RETARDATION ASSISTANCE

65-4442. Rules and regulations.The secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for theadministration of the provisions of this act, including the content ofbudgets, reports and the criteria for the awarding of special purposegrants, determining program duplication and the redistribution of moneys ifa new mental health center is created or if the geographic area served by amental health center is added to or subtracted from.
