Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 49.--HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

65-4916. Severability of act.If any part or parts of this act [*] are held to be invalidor unconstitutional by any court, it shall be conclusively presumed thatthe legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional part or parts.
