Article 53.--ASBESTOS CONTROL

      65-5302.   Asbestos projects; license required;exemptions.(a) Except as otherwise provided in this act, no business entityshall engage in an asbestos project unless the entity holds a licenseissued by the secretary for that purpose.

      (b)   The provisions of this act donot apply to a businessentity which uses its own employees in removing or encapsulating asbestosfor the purposes of renovating, maintaining ,repairing or demolishing the entity's own facilities.
