Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 54.--OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

      65-5407.   Examinations.Each applicant for licensure under thisactshall beexamined by written examination required by the board to test theapplicant's knowledge of thebasic and clinical sciences relating to occupational therapy, andoccupational therapy theory and practice, including the applicant'sprofessional skills and judgment in the utilization of occupational therapytechniques and methods, and such other subjects as the board may deemuseful to determine the applicant's fitness to practice. The board shallapprove an examination for occupational therapy assistants and establishstandards for acceptable performance.
