Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 55.--RESPIRATORY THERAPY

      65-5505.   Duties of board.The board shall pass upon the qualifications of allapplicants for examination and licensure, providefor allexaminations, determine the applicants who successfully pass theexamination, duly license such applicants and adoptrules and regulations asmay be necessary to administer the provisions of this act. The board shallkeep a record of all proceedings under this act and a roster of all individualslicensed under this act. Only an individual may belicensed under this act.
