Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 55.--RESPIRATORY THERAPY

      65-5507.   Examinations.(a) Each applicant for licensure under this actshall beexamined by a written examination chosen by theboard to test theapplicant's knowledge of thebasic and clinical sciences relating to respiratory therapy, andrespiratory therapy theory and practice, including theapplicant'sprofessional skills and judgment in the utilization of respiratory therapytechniques and methods, and such other subjects as the board may deemuseful to determine the applicant's fitness to practice.

      (b)   Applicants for licensure shall be examined ata time and place andunder such supervision as the board may determine. Examinations shall begiven at least twice each year at such places as theboard may determine and the board shall give or cause to be givenreasonable public notice ofsuch examinations at least 60 days prior to their administration.

      (c)   Applicants may obtain their examination scores.
