Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 55.--RESPIRATORY THERAPY

65-5517. Invalidity of part.If any section of this act, or any part thereof, isadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, suchjudgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder or any othersection or part thereof.
