Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 59.--DIETITIANS

      65-5913.   Fees.The secretary shall fix by rules and regulations fees for applications forand renewal of licenses, temporary licenses, examination fees, late renewalfees,reinstatement and sponsorship fees under this act. Such fees shall befixed in an amountto cover the costs of administering the provisions of this act. No fee shallbe more than $200. Thesecretary shall remit all moneys received from fees, charges or penaltiesunder this act to the state treasurer in accordancewith the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Uponreceipt ofeach such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entireamountin the state treasury to thecredit of the state general fund.
